Leadership Development Program Manual
I completed broad research on human resources data for succession planning, retirements, staff turnover, and emerging leadership competencies in municipal management; to develop a succession plan and leadership development program to prepare staff to enter into leadership roles.
The program consisted of workshops with facilitators, a facilitated study group working through e-learning courses, a leadership community of practice where topics and leadership situations were discussed, and a mentorship program where learners were matched with an existing manager.
